The package makes sense when guests will be at a spot with no plumbing — an Oak Creek Canyon property, a ceremony lawn in the Chapel area, or a Cathedral View lot with a straight sightline to the rocks. A standard single unit works for a small crew, but a wedding of 80 to 150 guests over several hours needs more than one restroom and a proper hand-wash station so lines stay short between the ceremony and dinner. That is the trade-off: paying for a couple of extra units and a wash station buys you no waiting and cleaner units all evening, instead of one overworked toilet by the time toasts start.
Sedona venues rarely have easy access, and that shapes what we can place and where. Delivery to Uptown Sedona and the east side sits in Coconino County; West Sedona and Rimrock fall in Yavapai County — worth knowing when a venue or HOA asks about permits. Narrow drives in Soldiers Pass, tight turns near Broken Arrow, and gated properties in the Village of Oak Creek all affect where a truck can reach and where a unit can safely stand on uneven ground. We look at the approach road, the setup pad, and how far it is from the ceremony before we commit to a spot.
Placement for a wedding is different from a job site. Units should be close enough to be convenient but tucked out of the photo frame — behind a tree line, off to the side of the reception area, away from the aisle at Cathedral View or the overlook views near Coffee Pot. We service the units before the event so they arrive clean, and for a full-day wedding we can talk through a mid-event service if the schedule and access allow. Forest Service sites and permitted events near the Coconino National Forest edge come with their own placement rules; tell us the venue and we will plan around them.
What we will not do is quote a wedding blind over the phone and change the number when we arrive. Guest count, unit count, hand-wash stations, distance from West Sedona, and the state of the access road all move the price, so a quick site check or a clear description of the venue gives you an honest figure to plan against.
Every job gets a firm, written price after a free on-site visit.
