HOA-managed properties around Rimrock and the Village of Oak Creek often have placement and screening preferences. We keep the trailer on your pad, off the road, and out of sight lines where we can, so the red rocks stay the backdrop and the restroom stays quietly in the corner.

Water and power decide the setup. If your venue has a spigot and an outlet within reach, we run a standard hookup. Off-grid sites near trailheads or remote canyon-side lots use the on-board fresh-water tank and a quiet generator instead.
